Born in South Africa Chef Kerrshel studied and graduated from Capsicum Culinary school in 2018. He has a diploma in Patisserie, recognized by the South African Chefs association, and he is also HACCP certified.
He has worked at the Hilton Hotel and Bike and Bean before venturing out and pursuing his passion. He is the owner and founder of Manna Cafe.
